UI/ UX Project
As project lead for the redesign of an online ordering platform, digital kiosk, and mobile app, I partnered with the UX designer and account manager to deliver the project in under 60 days. I conducted focus groups, analyzed survey data, and researched competitors to identify critical updates based on customer feedback and market trends.

I presented my findings to NEXTEP, and together, we identified actionable changes. Collaborating with the web development manager and graphic design team, I outlined asset requirements and sourced content, streamlining the process and achieving significant cost savings.
